Registration process
NEW STUDENTS REGISTRATION FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2017-2018
Registration may be completed online. To begin the optional process of enrolling a student in Oceanside Unified School District you must have:
- Valid address within the OUSD boundaries
- Valid email address

Upon completion of this online process, the parent or legal guardian will need to visit the school to provide documentation for verification:
- Verification of residence (2 current proofs of address)
(If you share residence and the bills are under another person’s name, a Shared Residency application needs to be completed at the ESS before providing documentation)
- Immunization records
- Birth certificate
- Enrollment Confirmation printout signed
